About Me
Born and raised in the multicultural, diverse, and bustling city of London, I now reside on the peaceful East Sussex coast single handedly raising my two children, and getting lost in the world of books, whenever I get the chance to.
Creativity has always been in my blood, whether it be musical theatre, acting, Opera singing or writing.
When I was nine years old I wrote a poem that got published and ever since I have always found solace in writing down my imaginative stories.
My grandparents are from Barbados, Montserrat, Austria, and Italy, and despite growing up in a multicultural family, I always felt unseen and unrepresented when reading my favourite books.
And after many frustrated years of never reading romance stories about main characters that looked like me or those around me, I finally decided that instead of waiting and hoping for such books, I should go and write them myself.
And have now vowed only to write about multicultural and interracial romances with characters coming from all over the world.
My greatest joys are my children, cooking, adding books to my ever growing home library, researching which tattoo I should next add to my collection, falling for amazing book boyfriends and of course creating new worlds with my own books that I can't wait to share with you.
